What we handle
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email and message. The forms on this website store nothing; they open a ready-written WhatsApp message that you choose whether to send.
Purpose and legal basis
To reply to you and provide the service you request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). No marketing without your consent.
Retention and recipients
We keep data only as long as the service and the law require, and we never sell it. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta). When you buy a car, we share what is necessary with workshops, insurers and the authorities.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies, tracking or analytics. If you choose a language, that choice is remembered in your browser only. Fonts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to esm@gmx.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
